reject the Art Club president's offer to train him in Judo. Senpai and Nagatoro train for the upcoming tournament. On the day of the tournament Senpai, noticing Nagatoro is acting strange, tries to speak with her and learns why she quit Judo when she was younger before snapping at him while stating that he doesn't know many things about her past. While she is walking away Senpai reassures her that she is strong and has a chance to win as long as she tries. Nagatoro teases him over this and exclaims that if he were to win one match she would give him a kiss. Senpai is paired up
against a very muscular guy and has a hard time keeping up, however, with the knowledge he gained from Nagatoro he is able to almost pin the guy before the timer runs out. As the opponent had already scored a half-point, Senpai lost by technicality. After the match his opponent compliments his skill, which makes Senpai happy.

In July 1949, the
size of Taipei County was reduced when Beitou and Shilin townships were put under the jurisdiction of the newly created Caoshan Administrative Bureau, which would later be renamed the Yangmingshan Administrative Bureau. The southeastern part of Taipei County, became Yilan County on 10 October 1950, while Taipei City was detached from Taipei County from a provincial city to a special municipality on 1 July 1967. On 1 July 1968, the size of Taipei County was
further reduced by 205. 16 km2 (79. 21 sq mi) when Jingmei, Muzha, Nangang and Neihu townships, along with Beitou and Shilin, were merged into Taipei City. The county afterward had ten county-administered cities (Banqiao, Luzhou, Sanchong, Shulin, Tucheng, Xizhi, Xindian, Yonghe, Zhonghe); four urban townships (Ruifang, Sanxia, Tamsui, Yingge); and fifteen rural townships (Bali, Gongliao, Jinshan, Linkou, Pinglin, Pingxi, Sanzhi, Shenkeng, Shiding, Shimen, Shuangxi, Taishan, Wanli, Wugu, Wulai). It was further divided into 1,017 villages and 21,683 neighborhoods. [14] In August 1992, due to the adjustment of the demarcation line between Taipei City and Taipei County around Neigou and Daking Creeks, the area of Taipei County was decreased by 0. 03 km2 (0. 012 sq mi).
