Character portraits tended to reach outside the border of each card, and flame effects were used copiously during battle animation. All told, it was a solid and intense card battle
game that could hold its own to this day against anything available for the Game Boy Advance. SNK vs. Capcom: Match of the Millennium (1999, NeoGeo Pocket Color)
When SNK and Capcom agreed to produce cross-brand fighting games for several systems, Match of the Millennium is what SNK came up with for the NeoGeo Pocket Color. Featuring a total of 30 characters, MOTM combined SNK's King of Fighters advanced mode with Capcom's A-ism from the Alpha series and tossed in some of the most popular characters from each brand. Capcom was represented by the likes of Guile, Morrigan, Ryu, and Felicia, while SNK brought in Haohmaru, Kyo, Iori, Geese, and Leona, among others. As usual for any of SNK's fighters, the gameplay was terrific, with amazingly responsive controls and easy-to-perform combos. What made the game really stand out were the Olympic games you could participate in to learn new moves or unlock hidden characters. Felicia's Cat Walk, Arthur's (from Ghouls 'N Ghosts fame) Ghost Trick, and Jubei's Blade Arts were some of the more enjoyable games that you could play and only added to the game's longevity. Faselei! (2000, NeoGeo Pocket Color)
Faselei! was developed by Sacnoth, a team populated by former SquareSoft employees. It's a turn-based strategy game with robotic mechs at the center.
However,
when a virus that infects the brain spreads throughout society, people's perception of the world changes as the mythical beings are revealed to have been living alongside humanity the entire time. This virus has also affected those of the next generation significantly, allowing them to develop special abilities that they can use to fight against dangerous phantoms. Haruhiko Ichijou and Mai Kawakami are two of those that were granted such power—Haruhiko wields the ability to summon and seal phantoms through drawings, while Mai imbues the power of the elements into martial arts. Together, along with the friendly phantom Ruru, they form Team E of Hosea Academy, which is dedicated to dealing with these often mischievous beings. In a world where the real and surreal intertwine, they handle the everyday troubles
caused by phantoms. [Written by MAL Rewrite] StudioKyoto Animation SourceLight novel ThemesHaremSchool 6.
