The eyes of the cat are large in relation to the skull and provide him with a wider field of vision than that of humans (295 degrees compared to our 210 degrees). This helps the cat judge distance, which is essential for hunting prey. Cats have two features that help them see in very low light. Tapetum lucidum (which means shining layer) is a specialised layer of flat cells found beneath the retina. These mirror-like cells allow light to bounce off them and back onto the retina. When a bright light is shone into a cat’s eyes, you will see the familiar glow of the light bouncing off the tapetum lucidum (see pictures below).

[17] On November 6, 2021, for the global premiere, Riot Games streamed the first episode on Twitch. Some content creators were allowed to co-stream the first three episodes of the series once they received permission from Riot Games, a first for a Netflix series, which also allowed viewers to retrieve in-game drops during the premiere. [18] Drops were only included in the games League of Legends (Arcane Capsule), Wild Rift (“A Single Tear” Emote), Teamfight Tactics (Gizmos & Gadgets Little Legends Egg), Legends of Runeterra (“Fascinating” Emote), and Valorant ("Fishbones" Gun Buddy). [19] The premiere received 1. 8 million concurrent viewers on Twitch. On November 21, Netflix and Riot Games partnered with Secret Cinema to bring players directly into the world of Arcane with an in-person experience in Los Angeles, California. The experience was "equipped with bespoke backstories and missions, the line between actors and audience is truly blurred as players explore the dark and dangerous underworld and encounter its inhabitants—the strange, the sinister and sometimes even the friendly". [20] Release[edit] Originally set for a 2020 release, the show was rescheduled for a release in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [21] It was scheduled for a simultaneous November 6, 2021, release on Netflix and China's Tencent Video,[22] with the series broken into nine episodes, with three episode "acts" being released once a week over three weeks. [225] In 2013, Monty Oum, the creator of RWBY, said "Some believe just like Scotch needs to be made in Scotland, an American company can't make anime. I think that's a narrow way of seeing it. Anime is an art form, and to say only one country can make this art is wrong. "[226] RWBY has been released in Japan with a Japanese language dub;[227] the CEO of Rooster Teeth, Matt Hullum, commented "This is the first time any American-made anime has been marketed to Japan. It definitely usually works the other way around, and we're really pleased about that. [228] It is the Japanese term for a transmedia franchise. [229][230] The term gained its circulation in late 1980s, but the origins of the strategy can be traced back to the 1960s with the proliferation of anime, with its interconnection of media and commodity goods. [231] A number of anime and manga media franchises such as Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba, Dragon Ball and Gundam have gained considerable global popularity, and are among the world's highest-grossing media franchises. Pokémon in particular is estimated to be the highest-grossing media franchise of all time. That idiot thought some school bullies killed his mom, and not a mass murdering monster. The main character in specific can resurrect whenever he feels like it, and then jokes about it before his grieving friends (who have no chemistry and therefore are not much of friends). There is no tension regarding him surviving or not during the fights and it’s also a motivation killer since his friends wanted to get stronger while they thought he was dead. THE REST And now for a few more things that bug me. -The comedy is mostly miss. I was hardly laughing during the comedic moments, because the jokes are all very weak in delivery and are written for toddlers.
Crazy creditsAt the end of the credits of every episode, after the music stops, we hear a girl say something in Japanese. It translates to "Is the music first?". ConnectionsFeatured in Masters of Fantasy: The Anime Filmmakers (1998)User reviews23ReviewReviewFeatured review10/10 hilariousSimply put, there are two parts of this series that made me cry till my eyes fell out. First: The part where he was set to wash the toilet, but ended up drinking the toilet water while imagining it was the hot director giving him a golden shower!!! (I laughed so hard!)
Second: The part where he tried to prove worthy of a swimming school instructor. He seemed like a pro diving in, but as expected, he couldn't swim (proper at least^^). However the funny part of this was when he finally reached the end and said "how was that" or something. That was so friggin hilarious, I couldn't stop laughing.
If you get the chance to see this anime series, I strongly recommend it. One of the best I've seen.
