Eyeshield 21 having a very bland personality is exactly why Hiruma’s more bombastic and explosive personality is needed to make the team interesting to watch. I could list the others, but they really can be said off in one liners. Delinquents, manager, idiot tight end, cheerleader, the small lineman, track team RB2, and a couple of others. Kurita and Musashi have more characterization since they’re part of the original Deimon Devil Bats along with Hiruma, with their own backstories and drama that gets explored more than the other characters do.
That being said, characters are fine, but the most important things are obviously the games. The anime does make intense matches involving the life or death of Deimon Devil Bat’s chance to go to the Christmas Bowl. This is what makes the show good. The fact that the opponents aren’t just nameless nobodies, but actual characters that have their own backstories and strengths, and you see them clash against the Devil Bats. Whether it is a strong line, defense, running backs, kickers, QBs, or WRs, each team has their own specialization, just like in regular football. Each team has their own ace, and each ace, along with a couple of other important members of the opponent’s team, are always introduced to the viewer before the game starts. Then, there’s the interaction and clashing between Deimon Devil bats and the other team.

Mostly-Australian production (but DHX distributed the show making this Canadian-Australian) Kuu Kuu Harajuku is known with the main characters looking like anime-like characters due to being a Japanese band from Gwen Stefani. The short-lived Euro-Canadian series My Life Me is best known for this. It was made to capitalize on the 2000s anime fad, and often makes use of common anime tropes for its visuals. The main character is even noted for being an aspiring manga artist. More subtle than most of the other examples, but Polly Pocket clearly derives from anime because of the characters' large eyes and relatively small mouths. Storm Hawks' anime influence is most notable in the hair and eyes, although it otherwise maintains the distinctive All-CGI Cartoon style other shows from Nerd Corps Entertainment have.

shimoneta season 2

Titles that everyone will see. Cynical cash grabs will always come and go, but if I'm given a choice in the matter, I at least want my price of admission to be a show that's still entertaining. And with Re:Zero, that's what I got, a good ole dumb time.
Re:Zero is a great show if you don't care for subtlety, think 2-D waifus are laifu and are impressed by characters emoting in boisterous ways. But in terms of actual quality, this is an anime that puffs its chest out, holding its breath for as long as it can, with the slightest release exposing it for what it truly is: hot air.
I could count on one hand the number of shows I've ever used the forbidden "pretentious" word on without so much as second guessing my stance and I would unequivocally state here and now that Re:Zero became one of them. A show that strong-armed me into using a buzzword that I promised myself I would use only as a final ultimatum. And in a way, I guess that could be seen as an achievement. So congratulations Re:Zero, a show where only the cheapest blow every self-respecting critic dare not to resort to, could be the only appropriate response left available. But in this case, it's worth it. No other shows I've seen in recent years deserve the rare honor more than this.
However, Shigaraki manages to kill her and attempts to steal her quirk, which backfires and severely damages his body before destroying itself, giving the Heroes some time to devise a plan. One of Izuku's classmates is revealed to be the traitor, having received a quirk from All For One to hide his quirkless nature at a young age, and being forced to serve All For One with threats to him and his family. The Heroes decide to use his connection to All For One to lure him out and the heroes begin their final battle against the League of Villains, managing to separate Shigaraki from his subordinates to give Izuku (who fully awakened the power of One For All and his predecessors) the chance to fight him in a duel. However, Toga manages to separate Izuku from his intended location, causing him to arrive later than intended. Bakugo is fatally wounded fighting Shigaraki, though Edgeshot plans to sacrifice himself in order to save him. Spinner also manages to free and awaken Kurogiri and use his warp Quirk to help the villains gain the upper hand. Later, the original All For One defeats the heroes assigned to fight him and he begins heading towards Shigaraki and Izuku. Dabi starts to self destruct while facing Endeavor, but the Todoroki family later arrives and uses their Frost Quirks to cool him down and prevent his death. While Toga is defeated by Izuku's friend Ochaco Uraraka, All Might faces All For One, but is defeated. Nevertheless, All Might attempts to sacrifice himself to stop All For One, but is saved by a revived Bakugo. Bakugo then proceeds to defeat All For One, reducing him into a powerless infant, and causing him to fade out of existence.
