Manzou (Manzou the Saw) is investigating a slave trafficking ring. Fuu poses for Hishikawa for pay, Jin plays games with an old man, and Mugen beats up street thugs. When Hishikawa is finished, Fuu is kidnapped by the
local Yakuza; Hishikawa was working for them due to his paintings not selling, but the Yakuza turn on him. Mugen saves Fuu, while Manzou arrests the man Jin was playing with as part of the trafficking ring. Hishiwaka, vowing never to forget Fuu, plans to go to Holland to pursue his artistic dreams; a narration reveals he failed but that his art became influential and famous worldwide. 6"Stranger Searching"

lose to Joji, a gay Japanese-speaking European. In exchange for a tour of the city, Joji agrees to return the swords. While on the tour, the group defend Joji from samurai enforcers seeking him as a foreigner. During one point when cornered, Joji reveals himself as Isaac Titsingh of the Dutch East India Company, and the samurai leave them alone. Fuu later asks Joji in private about the samurai who smells of sunflowers, showing him an emblem.
They're talking about the fact that Yuujirou is going to fight his son. Kanamoto begins a short philosophical speech about what a fight is for Yuujirou, but suddenly the
Ogre interrupts him, saying that he did not come to visit only to drink his "bitter tea". Kanamoto shows him his great and powerful bow, which he constructed by himself, and Yuujirou urges him to shoot him. The old friend finally agrees, but the Strongest Creature on Earth easily stops the arrow flying in his direction. Shortly afterwards, he meets with Emi at the hotel. She wants to show him her crazy love and have sex with him. Then Yuujirou tells her that he is not interested in her at all, and that if Baki disappoint him in the fight, he will break contact with her. When he leads her to an emotional breakdown, she asks if she can stay the
night anyway, but he wants her to leave. Yuujirou crushing Baki. When the day of his fight with his son comes, Yuujirou is attacked by Gaia, who wants to test his skills. Gaia, of course, loses the fight, even though both fighters have long been considered by people as equals.
