Fuuko asks about the book and is told that it is called Apocalypse. When Fuuko also ask why they must go on these quests at all, the leader reveals why. That failure to do so will cause more rules and punishments to appear causing further chaos around the world. She further states that the ultimate goal of the Roundtable is to kill the person responsible for all of this, God. Andy agrees to take on the quest in finding and capturing the UMA Spoil and drags Fuuko and Shen along. They give each character even more of a personality, which by the way, is not lacking at all. There are characters I love, there are characters I hate, but I rarely found myself thinking "what is the point of this characters existence in the story?". That is what I most love about this anime. Anyways, I love Arima Kana.
What I believe, though, that makes this series so special is its originality. Getting to know the 'backstage' of digital media in Japan is so interesting. And it shows us everything. From idols, to streamers, to actors. Obviously, it has its problems, but I do not think that it is supposed to be 100% accurate. The plot needs to be different than your average idol anime. And it is.
