Boruto asked about the rescue, and
Sasuke explained that despite remembering his own history with Kawaki, some details didn't add up, like Boruto having his old forehead protector, and Momoshiki's presence in him. Since he couldn't trust himself, he trusted Sarada, telling Boruto to validate her belief. Boruto mocked Momoshiki as he continue to needle him about the situation. When Ada arrived with Daemon, she apologised to Boruto, and he explained the real nature of her ability to entrance people. She was impressed by how calm he was, and he admitted that the situation made him empathise more with Kawaki, having learned what his past must have been like. Sasuke pointed out to him that Naruto had been similarly shunned, but changed everyone's minds through his actions, and so should him. Boruto refused to give into despair, stressing his own heritage, and his determination to reduce it all to a siblings' quarrel. Impressed, Ada
attempts to make up for it by promising not to look for them until they decide to return to Konoha. She asked her to thank Sarada for sending Sasuke, and Daemon told him to grow strong so he has someone who can fight him at full strength, though Boruto believed that to be impossible. Sasuke cautioned them to leave, as Konoha would be in pursuit, and Boruto is determined to prove his identity. New Era: Part II[] A year after Boruto's departure from Konohagakure, he had virtually completed learning everything that Sasuke could teach him, though he encouraged Boruto to keep seeking news skill and directions to aid in his growth.
There’s also Kallen Stadfelt, a high school student who’s also a member of Lelouch’s resistance, the Black Knights. She’s a strong-willed character who has her own personal reasons for joining the resistance. There’s a handful of other unique characters in the series that I’m sure a lot of you will get to know and love.
I really
like the narrative of the anime. Each episode usually ends with some kind of big moment or twist, that leaves you wanting more and to keep watching. It feels great to see what Lelouch has planned next, and what happens as a result of that. There are moments when he’ll suffer the consequences of his actions, and it’ll leave him questioning if he should continue down the path of rebellion or go back to his ordinary life.
I wasn’t too big on the art style at first, but it’s starting to grow on me. The character designs were done by CLAMP, who put a lot of details
into the eyes, which makes sense considering how Lelouch’s Geass works. The characters are all made to be really tall and thin, which I hated at first, but now I don’t mind it so much. The mech designs look really cool too.
