0 second quarter-mile time[38] at 105 mph (169 km/h) (automatic transmission). Car and Driver magazine
tested the car and measured the 0–60 mph acceleration time of 4. 8 seconds and a quarter-mile time of 13. 3 seconds at 107 mph (172 km/h) with its BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDWS, 245/45ZR-17 95W M+S front and rear tires and a manual transmission. The 0–100 mph and 0–130 mph times were 11. 7 and 19. 6 respectively. Brazen Orange Metallic, while Midnight Blue Metallic and Yellow Jacket were dropped. Changes for 2006 included revised blacked-out tail lamps, illuminated steering wheel radio controls, faster-moving
power seat motors, and an interior power door lock switch. The climate control button for the A/C also had the word "Defog", a carryover from the 2005 model year, along with the 400 hp (300 kW), 6.
In the 2008 Sprite Rising Star's Slam Dunk Contest Dwight Howard performed the "Superman" dunk. He donned a Superman outfit as Orlando Magic guard Jameer Nelson tied a cape around his shoulders. Nelson alley-ooped the basketball as Howard jumped from within the key side of the
free throw circle line, caught the ball, and threw it through the rim. This dunk is somewhat controversial, as his hand was not over as well as on a vertical plane to the rim. Some insist
that it should in fact be considered a dunk because the ball was thrust downward into the basket, meeting the basic definition of the dunk. During the 2009 NBA dunk contest, Howard had a separate goal brought onto the court, and the rim was noticeably significantly higher than a standard goal.
Capcom (2003, NeoGeo)
Also Appearing on: PlayStation 2 (2003, Japan),
Xbox (2004)
SNK decided to try its hand at producing a cross-franchise fighting game. You can choose from 24 different characters (12 from SNK's stable and 12 from Capcom's). Visually, the art style reflects the more subtle, pastel themes found in SNK's recent fighting games, as opposed to the sharp lines and 3D backdrops of Capcom's two SNK vs. Capcom games. The game itself isn't team based; it's a one-on-one fighting game. The PlayStation 2 and Xbox
versions include 12 more characters than the arcade game, as well as survival and art book modes. SNK plans to include Xbox Live online support for the Xbox version of the game, which is due out in the fall of 2004. Metal Slug: Cyber Mission (2004, Game Boy Advance)
SNK plans to release the GBA version of Metal Slug in August 2004. The features list for the game mentions five main missions with four sub-missions. Like in the NeoGeo Metal Slug games, play will center around running through levels and shooting at enemies. You will be able to pilot the tank, helicopter, and submarine at various points throughout the game.
