The Revolution Club (革命倶楽部 Kakumei Kurabu)[edit] Midori Andou (安堂 緑, Andō Midori) A member of the Revolutions Club. Being the most
loyal cultist out of the four (including Miguel, Momoki, and Nogi) researchers, he is very talented in not only hand-to-hand combat, but also torture methodologies. Ever since Kyou taught him how to properly torture people, he has been loyal to the psychopath as a result. He is responsible for not only kidnapping Shun's younger brother, Kakeru, but also mutilating the young child's leg and later murdering Uruma Shun Sr. After the events revolving around the match, he, Kyou, Jun, and Momoki, all escaped before the police could
arrest them. Five years later, he is seen, along with Momoki and two other unidentified researchers, meeting up with Shigoku Kyou during a meeting.

It tells the story of Yusuke Urameshi, a teenage delinquent who is struck and killed by a car while attempting to save a child's life. After a number of tests presented to him by Koenma, the son of the ruler of the afterlife, Yusuke is revived and appointed the title of "Underworld Detective". With this title he must investigate various cases involving demons and apparitions in the Human World, with the manga gradually becoming more focused on martial arts battles and tournaments as it progresses. Togashi
began creating YuYu Hakusho around November 1990, basing the series on his interests in the occult and horror films and an influence of Buddhist mythology. The manga was originally serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump from December 1990 to July 1994. It consists of 175 chapters collected in 19 tankōbon volumes. In North America, the manga is licensed by Viz Media, who serialized it in Shonen Jump from January 2003 to January 2010. An anime adaptation consisting of 112 television episodes was directed by Noriyuki Abe and co-produced by Fuji Television, Yomiko Advertising, and Studio Pierrot. The anime series originally aired on Japan's Fuji TV network from October 1992 to December 1994, and was later licensed in North America by Funimation in 2001, where it aired on Cartoon Network blocks including Adult Swim and later Toonami. The series has also been published and broadcast in various other countries around the world.
