get to see it. its not the thing to get around loads of people and there are so many others that would refuse to watch it because: 'it's just a cartoon'.
well they are the unlucky ones. because this series is not only the best anime series that i have ever seen but it is the best series of any kind that i have ever seen. the characters, the dialogue, the awesome music, but most of all the writing. this is food for adults. for people that will be able, and willing, to empathise with what is in front of them.
and the end, my god the end. get a hold of this series. watch it.
It definitely takes a different approach than another entry on this list, but both work in their own ways. 10. The Garden of Words (2013) This movie
like soul ASMR, to be honest. It’s all about a boy who decides to skip class one day and ends up meeting a mysterious woman. They end up meeting in this beautiful garden while the rain just trickles in the background. The boy decides to make her some new shoes, and so their encounter becomes more than a one-time deal. Then some plot twist happens, I don’t know, spiritually I am
in the garden listening to the rain. 9. The Anthem of the Heart (2015) Living in your own little fairy tale (the genre, not the anime) is all fun and games until it impacts real life. Our protagonist had to learn this the hard way, as her naivety leads to a secret getting out in the world and hurting people really close to her. She now has a “curse”, or more like a seal, that prevents her from ever speaking again.

leading a peaceful life in Tokyo under the alias Sadao Maou. Having become a model employee of a local fast-food restaurant, Sadao has to provide for his former generals Alciel and Lucifer who joined him in Japan, as well as avoid confrontations with Emi Yusa—the assumed name of Emilia—and the angels who monitor his actions.
Amidst a violent argument between Sadao and Emi, a dimensional portal suddenly appears, carrying a mysterious apple that harbors a toddler named Alas Ramus. To everyone's bewilderment, she imprints on Emi and Sadao, marking them as her parents! After Emi reluctantly agrees to help Sadao take care of Alas Ramus, their semblance of normal life is jeopardized by the appearance of the archangel Gabriel, who comes bearing bad news. He claims that he must take both Alas Ramus and Emi's sacred sword with him—lest the world be destroyed.
Unable to accept Gabriel's grim prophecies, the hero and the former Demon Lord need to put their differences aside and unite to protect what they hold dearest.
