As usual for any of SNK's fighters, the gameplay was terrific, with amazingly responsive controls and easy-to-perform combos. What made the game really stand out were the Olympic games you could participate in to learn new moves or unlock hidden characters. Felicia's Cat Walk, Arthur's (from Ghouls 'N Ghosts fame) Ghost Trick, and Jubei's Blade Arts were some of the more enjoyable games that you could play and only added to the game's longevity. Faselei! (2000, NeoGeo Pocket Color)
Faselei! was developed by Sacnoth, a team populated by former SquareSoft employees. It's a turn-based strategy game with robotic mechs at the center. Unlike similar games, where you move next to an opponent and make an attack, Faselei! was unique in that the robots on the battlefield only moved once everyone had input their commands. That meant you needed to predict where the opponent was going to go and plan your advance or retreat accordingly. As you proceeded through the game, you earned money to buy new mechs and armor upgrades, as well as chips that added new attacks and moves to your mech. Early on, you could only make a couple of turns and move two or three spaces each phase. By the end of the game, you could input a lengthy ballet of steps, turns, attacks, and defenses. In addition to the deep gameplay, players loved Faselei! for its rich graphics, MP3-clarity music, and involving RPG story.

Meanwhile, Yōta is watching Kako Tengan, a famous lawyer, being interviewed on TV. Later, Hina wins the mahjong preliminaries online under Yōta's name. She reveals she did this in order to ensure that Yōta meets Kako in person at a mahjong tournament she is organizing. Two days later, Yōta heads out to compete in the Libertas Cup while Hina, Kyōko, and Ashura cheer him on. In the waiting room, Yōta meets Kako. Once the match begins, Yōta follows Hina's instructions, which initially has him in last place. However, as the match continues, he starts to make a comeback when he uses unconventional methods, which impresses Kako. As such, Yōta ultimately wins the Libertas Cup. After the match, Kako attempts to seduce Yōta.
