please read the manga, it's way better than the anime.
the story itself is great, the characters too obviously, but the way they executed this could have been better imo, they skipped the whole kagune explanation, they did whatever they felt like, they skipped a lot of parts of the story and in some angles the animation looks weird, they did NOT respect the original manga artstyle. . if I was Sui Ishida I would be devastated if this was the anime adaptation of my manga, I would enter a severe state of depression to the point I would try to take my life. This is just disgusting. The opening slaps, ofc, but wut da heeeelllll man, this could've been better! was the budget of 20$??? you know what, hold my drawing tablet imma make the reboot myself and y'all see it gon turn way better than this did fr fr.
