It's honest to God not that bad. I was consistently entertained for 12 episodes and binged the entire show in 2 days.
Record of Ragnarok takes place in a world in which all the gods of all the various mythologies are real and Zeus from Greek mythology is the father of all gods and is also the God from the Abrahamic religions. The gods decide that humanity needs to be wiped out .

The story of Yuuji Itadori, a physically gifted high schooler turned jujutsu sorcerer (think exorcist) in training, has struck a chord among anime fans and discerning critics alike. In her review for Polygon, Chingy Nea went so far as to champion Jujutsu Kaisen’s first season as “the first shonen about modern humanity. ” While we wait for more news concerning the anime’s recently announced third season, now is a great time to queue a couple similar anime to watch. With that in mind, we polled our staff to bring you nine anime you should watch if you love Jujustu Kaisen. The introduction of Alas Ramus, the mysterious fruit baby and the fallout of her insisting that the Devil and the Hero are her mother and father was hilarious and perfectly sets up the season. I like how this affects Maou’s and Emi’s relationship too. Their complicated history and reluctant partnership are really interesting and I’m glad this season still builds upon it.
I’m not a fan of this season's main villain Gabriel, but I do wonder how much of my opinion of him is skewed because he always seems to be animated poorly. At the very least he’s mid-tier.
I can’t blame you if you were a fan of White Fox’s first season and after seeing this you dropped the show. I think it’s still a good show and the animation errors only really affected my enjoyment during fight scenes. They’re still the same loveable characters, just a bit less polished and with their eyes further apart.
I’m torn between giving this a 6 or 7, but I’m going to give it a very low:

However, it was unfortunately not as good as everyone hoped. Unlike the first season, this time the anime likes to fall flat at times, and the comedy, in general, isn’t as enjoyable. It kind of feels like it can’t choose when to be serious or funny at the right times, which wasn’t an issue during season 1, so this anime being underwhelming was honestly a bit of a surprise.
Even if you are not particularly drawn to oriental themes, this anime possesses universal appeal that can be enjoyed by a wide-ranging audience. And let me emphasize once more, Kusuriya no Hitorigoto's main character is indeed somewhat cat-like (ΦωΦ).

It's not a bad anime, and it certainly started off interesting and cute. However, the story slowly got more confusing and less enjoyable. I think I was misled at the start to think that this was a cute slice-of-life where Maomao just enjoys her life doing apothecary stuff, but it has become more of a detective drama with Maomao as an apothecary ex machina solving all the palace mysteries.
Anyway, I'm just being harsh on the anime, because the real reason I dislike the show is because of one character - Jinshi.
I swear I've not seen . a more slimy, perverted, repulsive character as Jinshi - and yet he's portrayed as a handsome love interest (at least with Kazuma from Konosuba, he's a scumbag and everyone knows it).
I don't understand why people ship him and Maomao, he's a literal sexual predator.
