Boruto wanted to help Kagura and decided to get some night air as his team-mates returned to their lodges. Noticing some islanders commenting on an unusual black fog, Boruto created clones as a precaution, before Seiren Funato attacked him. She refused to elaborate why she was targeting him, and attacked with her Ray Bow, paralysing his arm. Kagura arrived and protected him from another shot with Hiramekarei, and explained Seiren's fighting style to him. She tried baiting Boruto into exposing himself by injuring Kagura, but Boruto realised that her echolocation tracking could be thrown off by the thunderstorm, allowing him to evade her attack and rescue Kagura. Collaborating with Kagura, the two were able to confirm Seiren's location and distract her, allowing Kagura to sneak up on her and strike her down. Funamushi arrived and rescued her. By morning, the Funato attack had been repelled, and everyone decided to investigate it. After deciphering a coded message recovered from the Funato, they learned that the sea battle was a distraction to allow the Funato to launch a sneak attack at Kirigakure while most of their forces were away. Boruto insisted that as allies, they should help. Before leaving, Boruto went to check on Ikada, but Kajiki revealed he was missing, even finding his abandoned journal. The game was made interesting by the action cards you could play, which allowed you to heal, retrieve, or attack other cards on the playing surface, and by the team attack element, which let you link cards together to perform high-HP attacks. Visually speaking, CFC was impressive. Character portraits tended to reach outside the border of each card, and flame effects were used copiously during battle animation. All told, it was a solid and intense card battle game that could hold its own to this day against anything available for the Game Boy Advance. SNK vs. Capcom: Match of the Millennium (1999, NeoGeo Pocket Color)
When SNK and Capcom agreed to produce cross-brand fighting games for several systems, Match of the Millennium is what SNK came up with for the NeoGeo Pocket Color. Featuring a total of 30 characters, MOTM combined SNK's King of Fighters advanced mode with Capcom's A-ism from the Alpha series and tossed in some of the most popular characters from each brand. Capcom was represented by the likes of Guile, Morrigan, Ryu, and Felicia, while SNK brought in Haohmaru, Kyo, Iori, Geese, and Leona, among others. As usual for any of SNK's fighters, the gameplay was terrific, with amazingly responsive controls and easy-to-perform combos. What made the game really stand out were the Olympic games you could participate in to learn new moves or unlock hidden characters. Felicia's Cat Walk, Arthur's (from Ghouls 'N Ghosts fame) Ghost Trick, and Jubei's Blade Arts were some of the more enjoyable games that you could play and only added to the game's longevity.
Mai later gives Sakuta the key to her house and orders him not to open a certain cabinet. At Mai's house, Sakuta comments on Nodoka's effort, and while she is bathing, he approaches the cabinet. 10"Complex Congratulations"

When he returns home, Kaede greets him in her school uniform, while Mai gives him tickets to Nodoka's idol group's upcoming concert. Although Mai excels in the performance, Nodoka is distraught when she observes her mother praising Mai, something she did not do with her. At the beach, Nodoka attempts to run out to sea and drown herself, before Sakuta catches her and tells her that Mai does indeed love her.
