Unlike most of the other romcom manga adaptations,
this one actually isn't bad. A few episodes in and I have to admit that I'm positively surprised! The visuals are stunning, there are moments
where the animations are out of this world, and it feels like they did a pretty good job in pulling the characters from the manga pages and putting them on the screen. But. I'm still going to drop the show. Why? To me, this is another case where the flow of the manga just flows a lot better than the anime. The manga chapters are short and sweet, like a shot of espresso that you need to get through the day. With the anime, it just feels like I'm forced to drink 5 cups of espresso, in 1 go. It's just too much, too fast. And since the content itself isn't fast-paced, it just doesn't flow all that well.
