feito embate final entre o "amigo" e Kenji ser memorável; colocar uma reviravolta e um plano secreto do "amigo" alí seria o suficiente pra fazer o final ser incrível. Urasawa deveria ter feito o final com calma, pra fechar
todas as lacunas da história e não precisar de um "21th century boys" —esse é o nome do mangá que encerra mesmo a história, e de uma forma bela. No geral eu achei o final bom e que 98% das perguntas foram respondidas.
O Urasawa não só foi genial na forma como escreveu a história, mas
também na
criação e desenvolvimento de seus personagens. Eles são únicos, e a maneira com que eles são apresentados reforça esse sentimento e personalidade de cada um. Conforme eles são desenvolvidos é possível ver a mudança deles, o amadurecimento, a bagagem em seus semblantes. Urasawa fez questão de fazer personagens complexos e vivos, com desejos, medos, erros e acertos. Cada um é tão singular um do outro e bem desenvolvido que é possível saber como cada um agiria em "x" situação. Não só os mocinhos da história, mas também o vilão. O "amigo" é um dos melhores vilões que eu já vi. A sua força opositora dos heróis, a sua ameaça constante, seus planos e manipulações que faz ele estar sempre a um passo a frente, seu desenvolvimento.

Ruby dreams of becoming an idol singer herself and becomes employed by their family's agency. She forms an idol group with actress Kana Arima and YouTuber Mem-cho, named "B-Komachi" after Ai's
former group, while Aqua returns to acting. Both Aqua and Ruby begin building their careers in entertainment, with Aqua using his newfound friendship with actress Akane Kurokawa as a means to locate his father. During a stage production, Aqua discovers that he shares the same father with his co-star, Taiki Himekawa, and that he had died by suicide before Ai's murder. However, Aqua learns through Akane that their father may be actor Hikaru Kamiki, who is still alive. At the same time, during shooting for B-Komachi's music video, Ruby finds Gorou's corpse and learns about the culprit behind his and Ai's murders. Both incidents fuel Aqua and Ruby's grudges respectively and motivate them to find their father. However, as they both become increasingly manipulative, Aqua and Ruby find each other at odds
throughout their attempts to reach their father, eventually losing trust in each other after Aqua leaks their connection to Ai to the media.
