Im not really a fan of end of the world plots. I much prefer smaller plots. This anime escalated way too quickly and out of nowhere.
As for the characters they are just your typical anime characters. Nothing special about them (except the super powers). Alot of them share the same sad back story of: my parents got killed by my powers when they first activated. They gave like 3 characters this same back story like seriously. ?
The fights are not really that interesting either. Its your typical anime fight with no actual choreography that goes on for way too long. The biggest factor to this anime's length is due to how dragged out the fights are. 2Sociopolitical relationship 6See also 7References Toggle References subsection 7. 1Citations 7. 2General and cited references Toggle the table of contents Yuri (genre) 39 languages العربيةAsturianuBân-lâm-gúBikol CentralCatalàČeštinaCymraegDanskDeutschEspañolEsperantoفارسیFrançaisGaeilge客家語/Hak-kâ-ngî한국어Bahasa IndonesiaItalianoעבריתMagyarBahasa MelayuNederlands日本語Norsk bokmålPolskiPortuguêsRomânăРусскийSimple EnglishSlovenčinaکوردیSuomiSvenskaไทยTürkçeУкраїнськаTiếng Việt粵語中文 Edit links ArticleTalk English ReadEditView history Tools Tools move to sidebar hide Actions ReadEditView history General What links hereRelated changesUpload fileSpecial pagesPermanent linkPage informationCite this pageGet shortened URLDownload QR codeWikidata item Print/export Download as PDFPrintable version In other projects Wikimedia Commons From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Fiction genre depicting female same-sex relationships An example of yuri-inspired artwork. "lily"), also known by the wasei-eigo construction girls' love (ガールズラブ, gāruzu rabu), is a genre of Japanese media focusing on intimate relationships between female characters. While lesbianism is a commonly associated theme, the genre is also inclusive of works depicting emotional and spiritual relationships between women that are not necessarily romantic or sexual in nature. Yuri is most commonly associated with anime and manga, though the term has also been used to describe video games, light novels, and literature. Themes associated with yuri originate from Japanese lesbian fiction of the early twentieth century, notably the writings of Nobuko Yoshiya and literature in the Class S genre. Manga depicting female homoeroticism began to appear in the 1970s in the works of artists associated with the Year 24 Group, notably Ryoko Yamagishi and Riyoko Ikeda.
