[151] Similarly, the Grand Prize for improving Ibaraki Prefecture's image was awarded to Ōarai's collaboration with the anime. [152] Consequently, the town experienced an economic upturn from selling themed merchandise; between 2015 and 2016, for example, revenues from the town increased 21-fold. [153] Therefore, after the 2011 earthquake and tsunami, tourism helped the town revitalize. [154][155] Festivals and events in the town have permanently incorporated themed elements since the anime's release. This includes the yearly spring festival and the local Angler Fish Festival taking place annually every November. [156] The spring festival in 2013 featured live tank demonstrations and the sale of anime-themed merchandise. [157][158] The Angler Fish Festival, aside from traditional fishing events, put tank replicas and itasha (example pictured) on display, and hosted a talk show in 2013. [159][160] Official media, such as the 2015 film, were announced during festival period. [161] Originally hosting around 25,000–30,000 attendees, the influx of fans had increased the number to 140,000 in 2019 before it entered hiatus. [159][162] Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, themed events in the town ceased and were moved to virtual spaces. Thus, a concert was held virtually to commemorate the series' tenth anniversary.

one hundred mob psychology and crowd

Had it been just that, this might've been an enjoyable, lighthearted at times, heartfelt in others, ecchi-at-times show. However, the last two episodes come out of nowhere and taint the pleasant feelings with unpleasant ones to say the least. To make it worse, the unpleasantness goes on too long, the characters move on too quickly for such an experience, and the ending scene with our protagonists seems to act like what happened in the past two episodes were as important as a filler arc, making the characters feel unreal and not human.
The art, shot composition, and audio were all amazing and really caught and kept the viewers attention. The OP and ED were really good, but I have to say that it was really hard to feel the same way about a clearly happy and lighthearted ED after watching episodes 10-12. Things really weren't the same after that. I really wanted to like this show - I really DID like this show - and I was willing to overlook the suboptimal writing if not for the greatly disappointing final episodes.
Sometimes many shining moments can be undermined by a terrible few. I believe that to be the case for Tengoku Daimakyou. As much as I enjoyed nearly every aspect about the show up until that point, I cannot ignore the ending. Reviewer’s Rating: 6 What did you think of this review? It is a testament to how stale anime has become if Tengoku Daimakyou is considered great. Felt is ordered to flee the house, Rom is severely wounded, and "Satella" is getting exhausted while fighting Elsa. Reinhard then arrives and Elsa introduces herself as a bowel hunter. "Satella" heals Rom's wounds while Reinhard keeps Elsa distracted, using a van Astrea sword technique to defeat Elsa. However, Elsa survives and attacks "Satella", but Subaru intercepts her with Rom's club, thus taking the hit intended for "Satella". At Subaru's request as thanks for saving her, she reveals her real name is Emilia, just as he collapses, realizing that he had been slashed by Elsa, who escapes. Felt returns the insignia to Emilia in gratitude. Reinhard initially intends to let Felt go, but after seeing the insignia glittering in her hand, he changes his mind and takes Felt with him, claiming that he can't overlook her crime of stealing the insignia despite being off-duty. He also warns Emilia that the quiet life will soon come to an end, and that she might be summoned soon. 44"The Happy Roswaal Mansion Family"
