His adventures bring him knowledge and experience that can't be taught in a classroom, from political corruption to the delicacy of a young woman's heart. With nothing but the open road before him—not to mention the many beautiful women along the way—Kintarou pursues his spirit of education while attempting to hold down his various odd jobs, however undignified they may be. As he learns from each task he takes on, who knows what could happen? He might even be able to save the world one day.

As for both OP and ED, it sounds great, no faults there.
If I can sum Horimiya up in a quote, it'd be this one by the famous Jamaican singer-songwriter Bob Marley:
“You open your heart knowing that there’s a chance it may be broken one day and in opening your heart, you experience a love and joy that you never dreamed possible. You find that being vulnerable is the only way to allow your heart to feel true pleasure that’s so real it scares you. You find strength in knowing you have a true friend and possibly a soul mate who will remain loyal to the end. Life seems completely different, exciting and worthwhile. Your only hope and security is in knowing that they are a part of your life.

She seemed to have abandoned the sandals for high-heeled boots as of Chapter 435, but she started using sandals again by the end of the arc. For the Sabaody Archipelago Arc, Nami wore an orange shirt with an orange floral pattern, white short shorts, and her high-heeled sandals. Nami's clothes consisted of a pink shirt, jean shorts, and high heels for the Straw Hat's Separation Serial. After the Timeskip[] From the Return to Sabaody Arc through the Fish-Man Island Arc, Nami's hair has grown rather long, which reaches her lower back. A single long hair stand hanging on the left side with bangs still hanging over her forehead. Her breasts have also grown much larger/rounder similar to Nico Robin's, but apart from this, her appearance has not changed much, save for the fact that both her body curves and hourglass figure have become more pronounced. Oddly, Nami's face is now drawn to look younger with her eyes bigger (with the irises now showing), droopier and placed lower on her face; though this may be from the art style evolving. She also has grown slightly taller. After the timeskip, her outfit consists of a revealing green and white bikini halter top, tight low-rider jeans (that expose a bit of her hips and rear), orange high-heeled sandals and a pair of pearl-like earrings that she constantly wears. Ever since arriving to the New World, Nami sports a new belt that is black with a "" symbol on it where she can also keep the pieces of her Sorcery Clima-Tact on the right side and puts the belt around her waist when she is fighting seriously against an opponent. Before leaving Fish-Man Island. They really put together a great cast. I'm especially impressed with the announcer Sayaka Katahara(voiced by Mana Hirata). She really did a fantastic job playing the role of "Master of Ceremonies" and doing super hype fighter introductions and commentary.
I can't speak on the dub but it does have veterans like Johnny Yong Bosch so it should be pretty good even if they used the same actors for multiple roles unlike the Japanese version which is understandable.
- Enjoyment
This is where I'm going to diverge from looking at the anime as is.
Honestly it was just ok. Even before the anime aired I knew it would be hard to adapt it properly and I was correct. A lot of character interaction was axed as well other events that took place before the tournament started that are referenced later in sub plots and in the plot itself. What makes Kengan Ashura is its characters more than the fights.
In the manga they're so individualized with their personalities. We don't get to see that in the anime due to them removing interactions.

Fuu asks Okuru to travel with her to find the sunflower samurai, but Okuru declines. Jin is recovering from his fight with Yukimaru, and overhears the Matsumae Clan talking about Mugen and Okuru. Mugen meets Okuru again, and Okuru explains that the Matsumae Clan spread the disease into his village before setting it on fire to prevent it from spreading. Jin overhears Fuu's screams and finds out Yukimaru used her as bait to draw Jin out. Jin and Yukimaru fight, with Jin killing Yukimaru. They overhear explosions as the Matsumae Clan interrupt Mugen and Okuru's fight. The Matsumae shoot Okuru with flaming arrows, and Mugen attacks them for interrupting their fight. The next day, the trio continue their journey, Fuu revealing that she is seeking revenge against the sunflower samurai for the sake of her mother. 18"War of the Words"
