However, in the midst of this, Blackbeard apparently kidnapped Koby, leaving the young marine in a dangerous situation. Back on the Thousand Sunny, the Straw Hats learned that Sabo had been accused of killing King Cobra at the Reverie and that Vivi was missing. They ultimately decided not to act on that information, trusting Sabo and Vivi. Luffy ended the episode by revealing his true dream to his crew, although viewers unfortunately didn't get to hear it. One Piece Episode #1089 Will Begin the Egghead Island Arc The title of episode #1089 may not be revealed yet but fans still know a bit about the arc it
will introduce. The trailer for the Egghead Island arc showed off a futuristic location complete with giant robots and sci-fi outfits. It also heavily featured Vegapunk's name, implying that fans may finally get to meet the World Government's top scientist. It also hinted at information relating to the Void century, meaning Egghead Island may be very important from a lore perspective as well. Altogether, this hints that Egghead Island may be as important to the series as Wano, but will have a
refreshingly different tone compared to the previous arc. This change of pace is good as while Wano was an excellent arc, it was also very long. Given One Piece is a series about exploration, it will be nice to see the Straw Hats in a brand new location that is different from what came before it.
These Chekhov's guns are used perfectly in a way that guarantees you an “oh, *that’s* what that was for” moment every episode. Both of these positive aspects of the use of flashbacks are commonly botched in other anime in the genre, making Frieren just that much more impactful.
*Lightning round of praises*
The story is amazingly emotional, yet nuanced as it tackles heavier-than-normal topics for the genre with a degree of tact. It doesn’t try to be overtly shocking with big *gasp* moments or overtly emotional with moments that make you want to bawl your eyes out, instead, it maintains a constant level of impact on the viewer: a factor lost on some anime that have a degree of variance to their impact.
The characters are deep to the extent simply not found in most
fantasy anime. The original party interacts with each other in a way that makes their
friendship feel genuine: almost in a Konosuba-esque manner.
She took the role as a change of pace from the "ice maiden"
characters she often portrays. [13] Hermione Norris on location during filming of series three Location filming is primarily based in Swaffham. Filming of the first series began on 10 July 2006 and was scheduled for 12 weeks. Shooting also took place in nearby Hunstanton, Holkham, Thetford[14] and Dereham. [15] Beach and harbour scenes were shot at Wells, as well as the Lifeboat station being used for that of Market Shipborough. [4] Fry recommended Swaffham to the producers, citing market towns as "more revealing of what Britain is like than a city is. "[3] Locations used
within Swaffham include Oakleigh House (as the offices of Kingdom and Kingdom) and the Greyhound pub (renamed "The Startled Duck"), among others. [16] The producers noted that Oakleigh House was ideal for the offices as there was an "authenticity" of opening the door straight onto the market square, instead of a transition from studio to location footage. [4] First-series scenes featuring Fry driving an Alvis TE 21[17] were placed in jeopardy when the actor was caught speeding in May 2006. His counsel successfully postponed the hearing until December, allowing filming to resume unaffected (Fry was eventually banned from driving for six months). [18] The first two episodes were directed by Robin Sheppard, the third and fourth by Metin Hüseyin and the final two by Sandy Johnson.
