The story was originally conceived by Jun Maeda, who also wrote the screenplay, with original character design by Na-Ga. Both Maeda and Na-Ga are from the visual novel brand Key, and The Day I Became a God is the third original anime series created by Key following Angel Beats! in 2010 and Charlotte in 2015. [2] Plot[edit] While preparing for the upcoming graduation exams in the final year of high school, Yōta Narukami meets a mysterious young girl named Hina Sato, who claims she is a god named Odin. She tells Yōta that the world will end in 30 days, but he remains skeptical despite her making numerous correct predictions. The story revolves around Hina assisting Yōta as he helps people around town while she adjusts to her new life. As he spends more time with her, he begins to uncover more secrets about her life and how she became a "god". Characters[edit] Hina Sato (佐藤 ひな, Sato Hina) Voiced by: Ayane Sakura[1] (Japanese); Dani Chambers[3] (English) A girl who
wears a veil and claims that the world will be ending in 30 days. She has a complex concerning her surname due to how common it is, and notices how Yōta and his family and friends have names related to gods. She prefers to be called "Odin". The Narukami family claims she is a
distant relative and take her in despite Yōta's objections. She enjoys food despite claiming that gods do not need to eat and is very fond of video games.
09. Well they don't work at all and those
that do work to some extent they don't cover much distance in the run of 26 eps. And in these 26 eps there's not enough time to run through every member of the cast extensively so
what we are dealing in the very least are 26 eps that feel and indeed are filler eps so in these 26 eps there's not even a hint of plot advancement. So in case your brainwaves are still a perfect dead line that means that these 26 eps are nothing but an endless intro to the manga which i've been told is way more interesting in terms of storytelling.
That doesn't mean that FB is a total waste of time.
[40][41] An original soundtrack was released on March 21, 2012, also under the Lantis label. [42] A character song mini-album, called High School DxD GirlsxSongs! (『ハイスクールD×D』Girls×Songs!, Haisukūru Dī Dī Gāruzu Songuzu!), featuring the main female cast from the anime series, was released on
June 27, 2012, under the Lantis label. [43] The second season featured an opening and ending theme for the two arcs. The opening theme for the first arc is "Sympathy" by Larval Stage Planning. The ending theme for the first arc is Hōteishiki wa Kotaenai (方程式は答えない) by the Occult
Research Club Girls (オカルト研究部ガールズ, Okaruto Kenkyū-bu Gāruzu), featuring Yōko Hikasa, Shizuka Itō, Azumi Asakura, and Ayana Taketatsu as the respective voices of Rias Gremory, Akeno Himejima, Asia Argento, and Koneko Toujou. The opening theme for the second arc is "Passionate Argument" (激情論, Gekijō-ron) by Zaq.
