It is revealed that she
only took these photos to show her sister how horrible death is and not try to kill herself. This is proven to be a futile effort, however, as Shoko attempts to commit suicide, but she is rescued by Shoya in the last minute.
Yuzuru later pursues
photography and wins a photo contest. Tomohiro Nagatsuka (永束 友宏, Nagatsuka Tomohiro) A short, fat and lonely boy at Shoya's high school. When someone tries to steal his bike, Shoya offers his to be taken instead. Nagatsuka sees this act of kindness as an unbreakable act of friendship and proclaims himself Shoya's best friend. He is shown to be quite obsessive and protective of Shoya, and sometimes dislikes him befriending other people. However, Nagatsuka is also supportive of Shoya and often offers advice. He and Yuzuru try to encourage Shoya and Shouko to go out with each other, and are often disappointed by Shoya's repulsion towards romance. He has plans to become a millionaire, so he is willing to hand out money to friends, and is keen to become a film director, entering himself and Shoya into a film competition. Though his film
proves to be a failure, this only makes Nagatsuka resolve to take up film studies as his college degree.
ReLIFE (2016) More optimistic than his Re brother (of the
zero clan) but still kind of painful. The central hook is this: we take a guy in his late twenties who is just failing at life, like we all are, and give him a pill that reverts him into a teenager. He now has to
attend high school all over again and relearn why teens have so much anxiety. Will he fall in love along the way? Whether that’s kind of weird given his real age, I’m not here to judge. But I will say that the show was the easiest binge. 6.
Cow Girl (牛飼娘, Ushikai Musume) Voiced by: Yuka Iguchi[3] (Japanese); Brittany Lauda[4] (English) Goblin Slayer's childhood best friend and a farm hand on her uncle's farm. Her uncle took her in his farm as an assistant at first, but adopted her after her and the Goblin Slayer's families
were massacred by Goblins. She clearly cares deeply for Goblin Slayer, though he seems oblivious to the depths of her affection.
Guild Girl (受付嬢, Uketsukejō) Voiced by: Maaya Uchida[3] (Japanese); Sara Ragsdale[4] (English) A young woman who runs the Guild's front office as a receptionist and hands out contracts to adventurers. She shows concern for the villages pleading for help against the goblins, and is exasperated at how few experienced adventurers would take such jobs. This problem would leave inexperienced rookies to die from them, or worse.
