Ecchi Anime (801) No Game No Life 2378852 8. 07 20140409 No Game No Life TV, 2014Finished 12 eps, 23 min Comedy Fantasy Ecchi No Game No Life Sixteen sentient races inhabit Disboard, a world overseen by Tet, the One True God. The lowest of the sixteen—Imanity—consists of humans, a race with no affinity for magic. In a place where everything is decided through simple games, humankind seems to have no way out of their predicament—but the arrival of two outsiders poses a change. On Earth, stepsiblings Sora and Shiro are two inseparable shut-ins who dominate various online games under the username "Blank. " While notorious on the internet, the pair believe that life is merely another dull game. However, after responding to a message from an unknown user, they are suddenly transported to Disboard. The mysterious sender turns out to be Tet, who informs them about the world's absolute rules.

I did enjoy the different amounts of characters and personalities in the show. There was a sense of passion and motivation with characters but also alot of characters had different traits which made them more loveable and made the anime stronger.
The art and sound were good. The openings and endings are strong and fit the tone well for the show, eventhough background music could be boring and plain at times, if something funny was happening they'd have the perfect backing track to suit that or if any action was going on and so fourth. Sadly as much as this anime is colourful the art can be lazy and inconsistent with certain scenes more than others but most episodes, character designs and backgrounds were good quality.
I think if your into a good action anime with alot of plot twists and adventure then this is a great anime and a good stepping stone and good throwback to mark out everyone's one preferences and enjoyabilities.

The world beyond highschool could be mysterious, unknowing, and in constant flux with deadly situations making headlines every day in real life now. Sonny Boy’s main characters are primarily near the end of high school, and the show uses their powers to represent some form of change they will or have undergone. One character’s power is deliberately ironic relative to their anxiousness at what life actually has in store for them. One episode ties the thread between school and concentration camp in a similar but more subdued vein to Pink Floyd’s The Wall. Twice amidst all the exposition, it’s paraphrased that having the opportunity to decide your own future, and not have it manipulated by others, is the best way to hope to make it through life.
I understand the intention for that demographic, but as I currently see Sonny Boy, much of the characterization is too loose and confusingly dolled out for any growth to be truly meaningful.
