le 25 avril 2020[25]. L'histoire suit Limule, qui se réveille à nouveau dans le monde réel avec un travail de salaryman similaire à sa précédente vie mais dans son corps de slime[26]. Les chapitres sont rassemblés et édités dans le format tankōbon par Kōdansha avec un
volume publié en juillet 2019[27] ; elle est composée au total de deux volumes tankōbon[28]. Intitulé Tenchura! Tensei shitara slime datta ken (転ちゅら! 転生したらスライムだった件?), cette quatrième série dérivée au format quatre cases a débuté dans le numéro d'avril 2019 du Monthly Shōnen Sirius de Kōdansha, sorti le 26 février 2019[29]. Dessiné par Chacha, on y suit l'histoire de Limule qui, après avoir acquis la capacité d'imiter l'apparence d'un humain, se retrouve bloqué dans le corps d'un enfant[30]. Les chapitres sont rassemblés et édités dans le format tankōbon par Kōdansha avec un premier volume publié en mars 2020[28]. Une cinquième série dérivée est lancée entre le 7e numéro et le 9e numéro de 2019 du magazine de prépublication bimensuel de seinen manga Evening de Kōdansha, respectivement parus le 12 mars et le 9 avril 2019[31],[32]. Intitulé Tensei shitara Shima Kōsaku datta ken (転生したら島耕作だった件?), il s'agit d'une collaboration entre Kenshi Hirokane (l'auteur de Kachō Kōsaku Shima), Fuse (l'auteur de la franchise) et Taiki Kawakami (le dessinateur du manga principal) où Satoru Mikami s'est réincarné en Kōsaku Shima, âgé de 37 ans, en 1984 au lieu d'être transporté dans un monde fantastique sous la forme d'un slime[33]. Les chapitres sont rassemblés et édités dans un volume tankōbon unique publié en juillet 2019[34].
