Maximum Tournament Saga[] Baki fighting with Andreas Regan. Baki learns that Tokugawa is organizing a great martial arts tournament. He explains to her that every young man, at least once in his life, dreams of being the strongest in the world. Also, he tells her that some people do not grow out of this dream and that's why many people fight each other to death in places like the Underground Arena.
