fans can't wait for Chainsaw Man season 2, and there's plenty to know even before the
anime returns, including its
cast and characters. Summary While a second season has not been officially announced for Chainsaw Man, the franchise's popularity makes it likely that a Season 2 will happen. Fans can expect familiar faces for the cast and staff to return for the potential second season, including Kikunosuke Toya and Fairouz Ai. Season 2 will continue the anime's subversive, rule-breaking themes to keep fans entertained and off-balance. Back in the Fall 2022 anime season, the brand-new anime Chainsaw Man hit the ground running. Based on the manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, it was a bloody, brutal, and bizarre shonen anime featuring strong subversive themes and some clever tricks to get new fans engaged with the material. Chainsaw Man featured a wacky cast of antihero characters, a colorful variety of outro theme songs to keep things fresh, and a grim story that earned Chainsaw Man its status in the dark trio of shonen. There is yet to be a confirmed Chainsaw Man Season 2 release date – in fact, it's not 100% certain that there will even be a Season 2 at all. Still, given the massive popularity of Chainsaw Man's first anime season and the original manga on which it's based, a second season seems likely all the same.
