Miyoko
Sahara (佐原 みよこ, Sahara Miyoko) A kind girl from Shoya and Shoko's elementary school. She is the only student willing to make an effort to learn sign language and befriend Shoko. However, this singles her out for bullying, causing her to take the rest of her classes in the nurse's office. Shoya finds Sahara
