Cybersix uses heavy anime elements in its style, due to being a coproduction between the now defunct Canadian studio Network of Animation and Japan's TMS Entertainment. Nelvana's D. N. They face some trouble early in the story as they are unable to pronounce "Goblin Slayer" and refer to him by other names (mostly Orcbolg and Beardcutter), until they find him. They reveal their objective; due to the increase in other monsters, there are not enough people to deal with goblins and the elf army cannot mobilize for mere goblins as it would create suspicion and panic.
