On his way to buy dinner while looking at his Twitter account, a high school girl suddenly crashes into him. Thinking he was taking upskirt pictures of her, the girl takes Yuu's phone, breaks it, and slaps him before leaving Yuu lying on the ground. As it turns out, this girl—Fuuka Akitsuki—also goes to the school Yuu is transferring to. Unlike most people, Fuuka doesn't own a cellphone; she even listens to music using a CD player. Eventually these two become closer, and decide to form a band with their friends and enter the professional world of music. With Fuuka around, what will now become of Yuu's new life in Tokyo? The completely redone character art as well as the improvements to the in-game animation made KOF2K1 the smoothest-looking game in the series. New characters introduced in this edition included K999 (a homage to the cult anime hit Akira), May Lee, Angel, and Lin. The biggest change that Eolith made with the series was to give you the ability to customize your team even more than before. Before KOF2K1, the team structure was pretty standard. You had three characters and, recently, one extra character acting as a striker. This changed in KOF2K1 with the introduction of the ratio system.

They’re still the same loveable characters, just a bit less polished and with their eyes further apart.
I’m torn between giving this a 6 or 7, but I’m going to give it a very low:

However, it was unfortunately not as good as everyone hoped. Unlike the first season, this time the anime likes to fall flat at times, and the comedy, in general, isn’t as enjoyable. It kind of feels like it can’t choose when to be serious or funny at the right times, which wasn’t an issue during season 1, so this anime being underwhelming was honestly a bit of a surprise. Other than that the main storyline this season just kind of wasn’t that interesting.

This was kind of a letdown. For an anime with this much hype, . you would think the art would be a little better. For starters, the music really wasn’t that good this time around as I didn’t really enjoy the opening, ending, or ost. Man in motion, or onside kick, I had no idea they even existed. I mean, the NFL doesn’t even really permit onside kicks anymore like they did in the anime because the rules changed in 2018. Of course, with these strategies and clashing of teams with characters that have personality, games become nail biters and you’re curious as to what happens and who wins. The show does a good job of creating that tension that a close match should have.
Of course, Eyeshield 21 is good, but there are a fair bit of bad points. First comes the art and animation.
Therefore, Takada "accepted the project with two replies," and Takada was in charge of the illustrations.
