attempts to beat Oliva. The fight between Jun and Oliva
upsets Baki so much he decides to force Oliva to become angry by sleeping next to Oliva's girlfriend Maria, ending the fight with Oliva as the winner. Baki decides that he wishes to become next "Unchained", succeeding in escaping the prison and attempting to make Oliva look as a less pure form of strength, causing Oliva to be angered. Oliva finally fights Baki and the young fighter decides to not use tricks and beat Oliva with nothing but pure strength which he does. He is later released from the prison and goes home.
The two apologize, while Miyamura reveals to Yoshikawa that Hori was the cause of their fight. After school, Hori and Miyamura compare their hands, and Hori nearly confesses her feelings to him. Later, Hori falls ill, and Miyamura nurses her, learning more about the

Hori avoids Miyamura, culminating in her throwing her textbook at him. When Miyamura arrives at her home to return the textbook, the two apologize to each other. Hori allows Miyamura to explain, and they are interrupted by her father, Kyosuke. Hori confirms Miyamura is her boyfriend, and they begin dating. Ishikawa falls into a slump learning about this but affirms Miyamura they are still friends.
