degrade with time, and even simple movements became very awkward.

Not very stand-out at all, OP and ED were your sub-par songs, and the soundtrack was quite unnoticeable.
CHARACTERS: 7/20
The characters were very flat this season, with not much development whatsoever. There was a huge emphasis on romance (even between side characters), and that was quite insignificant and unnecessary.
With a weak plot, the characters wouldn’t be very
good either obviously, and none of them really added anything to the table this season.
ENJOYMENT: 6/15
Quite the snoozefest at times, considerably more boring than Season 1.
THEMATIC EXECUTION: 7. 5/20
I mean, the comedy is still ok, but everything else, such as the romance and action themes were in the mud this season. It’s mostly the bad production that hurts how the themes were executed, but the plot has really degraded as well, and with that, you can’t expect the themes to be done right.

Kirito's memories of what happens inside are restricted. However, when Johnny Black ambushes and mortally wounds Kazuto with suxamethonium chloride, RATH recovers Kazuto and places him back into the STL to preserve his mind while attempts are made to save him. During his time in Underworld, Kirito befriends Eugeo, a carver in a small village of Rulid, and helps him on a journey to save Alice Zuberg, his friend who was taken by a group of highly skilled warriors known as the Integrity Knights for accidentally breaking a rule of the Axiom Church, the leaders of the Human Empire. He and Eugeo soon find themselves uncovering the secrets of the Axiom Church, led by a woman only known as "The Administrator", and the
true purpose of Underworld itself, while unbeknownst to them, a war against the opposing Dark Territory is brewing on the horizon. They meet Alice, now an Integrity Knight, and though she does not remember them, Kirito helps her remember her true identity: a form of true artificial intelligence known as A. L. I.
The opening
theme is "For Fruits Basket" (For フルーツバスケット, For Furūtsu Basuketto) (performed by Meredith McCoy in the English dub version). The
first ending theme is "Chiisana Inori" (小さな祈り, lit. 'Small Prayer') (performed by Laura Bailey in the English dub). The second ending theme is "Serenade" (performed by Daphne Gere in the English dub).
