Vegapunk makes a note of. Luffy thanks S-Snake once again (which she
misinterprets as a confession of love, much like how the real Hancock would), while Atlas tells Dr. Vegapunk that she still cannot open the Frontier Dome, which means
they are still trapped. York smugly tells them that she locked everything with a password that she has shared with none of them. Stussy tells Dr. Vegapunk that they are surrounded as he
talks to Nami, telling her that they should head in one of the directions her Log Pose recorded in Wano. Nami notices that one of the needles is pointing northeast of Egghead, and Dr. Vegapunk says that that leads to Elbaf, much to the joy of Luffy and Usopp. Dr. Vegapunk says that the crew is fortunate that their ship is on the Labophase Stratum, but since the entire coast is blocked by Marine ships, they will not be able to leave this way. Instead he says they need to head northeast to the other side of the island, which does not have that many ships blocking it.

The character designs are very lovely. They are usually
rather detailed, especially their facial expressions and features during moments when their faces are zoomed in on. Vibrant colors also help to bring the characters and scenery to life. Unfortunately, like many other shows in the industry, the animation dipped in quality as the anime progressed. The most notable example would be the fight scenes. Those showcased in the anime's initial episodes were highly detailed and well executed. However some of the later battles seemed
more sloppy and not as well animated. Also, the CGI used on some background characters was utterly appalling. Luckily the use of CGI is very limited in this show. But hey, at least the female characters still maintained their lovely features throughout the entirety of the anime, and that's what really counts, right?

I was excited when I learned that Konomi Suzuki and Myth&Roid would be performing the theme songs for this anime since I enjoy music produced by both of them. Overall, I think that the theme songs are rather good, with my personal favorite being the first ending, Styx Helix, by Myth&Roid.
Mashiba was lonely as a child and the other children took him for granted and bullied him. Now, he is completely intolerant of bullies in any form and, while generally calm and level headed, reacts violently to any random act of bullying he sees. He ignores Kawai's crush on him until Shoya points it out. After finding out about Shoya's bullying history, he calmly punches Shoya in the face. It is later revealed
that Mashiba befriended Shoya because of his social awkwardness and never
being able to fit in at school despite trying to; by hanging out with Shoya, whom he believed is even stranger than he is, he would appear normal. However, this only makes him feel that he should be the least important amongst the group.
