Originally, the series was scheduled to air on April 10, 2011, on MBS; however, due to the March 11 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami the series' broadcast was delayed a week later on April 17;[26] the series was broadcast for 25 episodes until October 2 of that same year. Boruto was relieved that Amado's goal wasn't as nefarious as he thought, and was contacted by Momoshiki, their thoughts now accessible to one another. Momoshiki confirmed some of Amado's claims, but was suspicious as Ada's entrancing wasn't a shinjutsu, and asked not to let Kawaki know about him, wishing not to fight him again. Boruto suddenly had a vision of Konoha shinobi, including his friends, fighting Kawaki. He was confused by them, and recalling Momoshiki's previous warning, wondered if they're visions of the future. When Kawaki deduced that Ada sold Boruto out to Code so she could have Kawaki, Boruto complained about his situation when Kawaki and Daemon argued. After Ada asked for Sarada and Sumire to join them, wishing to talk to girls, Boruto watched them from afar, and later defeated Daemon in a video game. He heard Momoshiki's thoughts, having
identified Ada's entrancing ability, but was frustrated when Momoshiki refused to share details. Kawaki noticed his expression, and realising he was talking to Momoshiki, addressed Momoshiki himself, telling him to come out.
