Dot and Lance are turned into infants by Sitter Baby, leaving them defenceless until Sitter brags his spell has reduced their magic by 90%. Lance concentrates his remaining 10% into a 1 inch spot on Sitter’s back and crushes him, returning himself and Dot to normal.

A caring, wise woman, she raised Shoko and Yuzuru after their father left, as their mother, Yaeko, had to take up full-time work. She bought Yuzuru her first camera and tries to convince her that her mother means well for both her and her sister. Ito dies of old age, leaving a letter that Yuzuru asks Shoya to read at the funeral. The letter tries one last time to convince Yuzuru to forgive her mother, but she grows angry and does not hear the end of it.
